Robert Half in Tucson, Arizona, is currently looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide information about our products and services, resolve any customer problems or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Understand and communicate clearly our company's policies and procedures.

• Record detailed notes on customer interactions and process customer accounts.

• Collaborate with the customer service team to reach team objectives and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• More education or experience may be preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
