Job Title: Clinical Director

Location:

• Mesa, AZ

• Tucson, AZ

• Yuma, AZ

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Rotating on-call duty, primarily phone-based, with occasional on-site presence during crisis situations.

License Requirements:

• Independent license highly preferred (LPC/LCSW)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crisis situations effectively, maintaining composure under pressure

• Supervise and support a diverse staff

• Engage in hands-on work with staff and patients, with limited desk time

• Develop and cultivate a positive team culture

Qualifications:

• Experience in behavioral health and substance abuse settings

• Proven crisis management skills

• Comfortable supervising a diverse team

• Independent license (LPC/LCSW) highly preferred

• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in staff development, including listening, evaluating, and providing feedback

• Physical stamina for long periods on your feet

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Pay Details: $104,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
