Salary Grade: 9\ \ Pay Range\ Hiring Range: \$22.79 \$27.34 Per Hour\ Full Range: \$22.79 \$31.90 Per Hour\ \ Salary offers are based on the candidates equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.\ \ Oversees and manages the operations of the recording unit, ensuring accurate and timely processing of legal documents and records. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with legal and procedural requirements. The Recording Unit Supervisor ensures the integrity and accessibility of public records, provides guidance on record-keeping practices, and implements improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.\ \ The first review of applications will be on09/27/2024.**

{=html} <!-- --> - - Coordinates with other departments and agencies to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations;

{=html} <!-- --> - - Monitors performance metrics and prepares reports on unit activities and outcomes;

{=html} <!-- --> - - Ensures adherence to legal and regulatory standards in all recording processes;

{=html} <!-- --> - Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

(1) An Associates degree from an accredited college, university, or technical trade school in business administration or a closely related field as defined by the department head at the time of recruitment,ANDthree (3) years of technical or administrative support experience (excluding routine clerical support) in processing subdivision plats, development plans, rezoning applications, real estate documents, or other comprehensive planning materials commonly used in a construction, real estate, legal, or public-sector planning or development setting, including one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.\ \ OR:\ \ (2) Three (3) years of experience with Pima County as a Recording Technician, or other similar administrative classification as defined by department head at the time of recruitment.\ \ OR:\ \ (3) Two (2) years of experience with Pima County as a Recording Specialist.\ \ (Relevant experience and/or education from an accredited college or university may be substituted.)\ \
