Our client in Tucker Ga. is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. . The ideal candidate will have good oral and written communication, customer service experience and good work attendance which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job? Customer Service Rep
Monitoring and communicating with the drivers teams
You will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and emails, handle customer complaints, diagnose ,assess, and resolve problems or issues.
Monitor progress of delivery routes, scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
What’s Needed? Computer Skill s
Ability to use Power Point, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office programs
High School Diploma or GED
Call Center Experience a year or more experience
Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve problems
Creative thinking and innovations skills, ability to multitask
