Our client in Tucker Ga. is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. . The ideal candidate will have good oral and written communication, customer service experience and good work attendance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Pay Range:

What’s the Job? Customer Service Rep

  • Monitoring and communicating with the drivers teams

  • You will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and emails, handle customer complaints, diagnose ,assess, and resolve problems or issues.

  • Monitor progress of delivery routes, scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • What’s Needed? Computer Skill s

  • Ability to use Power Point, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office programs

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Call Center Experience a year or more experience

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve problems

  • Creative thinking and innovations skills, ability to multitask
