Job Title: Stamping Department Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Stamping Department Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Stamping department. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to the team, ensuring that all production activities meet company requirements.
Responsibilities
Monitor and direct Stamping department personnel.
Assist the Production Supervisor in evaluating department personnel.
Provide adequate training, technical guidance, and instruction to Stamping area personnel.
Monitor the operation of Stamping department machinery, equipment, and processes daily.
Ensure that Stamping area production activities meet company production requirements.
Participate in weekly Production Control meetings.
Act as Emergency Coordinator as assigned shift duties.
Comply with company and area safety policies and practices.
Support and foster active participation in, and compliance with, corporate values as outlined in the Corporate Values and Expectations Handbook.
Complete on-the-job and specialized training as required.
Essential Skills
Experience in operating and monitoring stamping machinery and equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance and training to personnel.
Knowledge of safety policies and practices in a production environment.
Proficiency in participating in production control meetings and acting as an emergency coordinator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with computer operations and inspections.
Familiarity with injection, assembly, and molding processes.
Ability to adjust and control machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Work Environment
You will be working in a very clean and automated production facility. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
