Job Title: Customer Service / Warehouse Hybrid

Job Duties:

• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.

• Quote on products.

• Work with suppliers and buyers to locate correct products for a customer.

• Pick orders for customers.

• Complete bills of lading.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Computerized receiving.

• Put away incoming inventory.

This Role Requires a Candidate Who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys a challenge.

• Is an excellent problem solver.

• Has previous forklift experience or is willing to be trained on a forklift

• Enjoys customer interaction.

• Has excellent written and verbal skills.

• Is eager and willing to add to their knowledge base and skills.

• Is able to work in harmony with co-workers.

• Has a strong work ethic.

• Is honest and reliable.

• Is safety orientated.

Hard Skills:

• Previous forklift experience or willingness to be trained on a forklift.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Job Type:

-This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site:

-This is a fully on-site position in Sherwood, Oregon.

Work Environment:

-Office setting for majority of shift, occasional to consistent warehouse walkthroughs to check stock or communicate client inquiries to warehouse partners
