ManpowerGroup Assembler in Tualatin, Oregon

Our client, a leading provider in manufacturing and technology, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$21.00/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Perform final assembly, inspection, and testing of product lines, including PCB sub-assemblies.

  • Use hand and air tools to solder (THM) and complete assemblies following work instructions.

  • Conduct visual inspections of materials before and after assembly.

  • Use fixtures, gauges, and tools to adjust or repair products.

  • Ensure mechanical and electrical performance of assemblies, adjusting as necessary to meet quality standards.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Must reside within 50 miles of Tualatin, OR.

  • Ability to work independently and follow work instructions and procedures.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Previous manufacturing experience and IPC certification is a plus.
