ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant I in Tualatin, Oregon

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of the administrative support team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Tualatin, OR

Pay Range: $23.22/hr

What's the Job?

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality.
