Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Specialist at our manufacturing facility located in Tualatin, Oregon. You'll be tasked with maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring accuracy of the accounts payable system. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry into accounting software systems

• Conduct a 3-way match between purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices

• Manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring all are processed and paid promptly

• Maintain and update customer credit records as necessary

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure all financial data is consistent and accurate

• Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding accounts payable.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and speed is needed.

• Knowledge of MS Dynamics is beneficial.
