We are currently hiring a Weekend Case Manager, to work in our Housing Office. As the Weekend Case Manager, you would be responsible for:
Reviews all intake information for new referrals
Perform housing office intake assessments of each new tenant
Organize and facilitate support groups and social and recreational activities
Attends meetings and advocate on behalf of the clients and the program
Conduct case conferences with other case managers
Weekend Case Manager Minimum Salary: $20.00
Weekend Case Manager Maximum Salary: $20.00
Weekend Case Manager Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm
Qualifications:
Associate degree
1-3 years of related experience
