Our Staff Enjoy: 12 plus paid holidays, a week off between Christmas and New Years, etc.A generous paid time off policy, starting with 5 front loaded vacation days, 8 front loaded sick days, tenure-based accrual, and the ability to roll over unused time annually.Mission driven work, and colleagues that also care about giving back to the community.Competitive Hourly Rate Offered ($19/hr*) Your responsibilities would include:Provide the program a broad variety of administrative tasks and support including; answering and screening incoming phone calls/walk-ins daily, regular management of mail/package collection and distributionCollect, review, and compile required program paperwork for prospective volunteers, including enrollment forms, physicals, and trainings. Facilitate the enrollment process for all prospective volunteers following established policies and procedures; maintain files according to compliance requirements.Update all program tracking records to ensure ongoing compliance and monitoring of program deliverables.Collaborating with the program's target population of older adults 55+.Assist with entering and maintaining data in required databases for case management and program reporting purposes, as assigned.Actively assist with the development of materials designed to communicate program information, such as flyers, newsletters, calendars, and trainings.Assist with the planning and coordination of recognition activities and program events, as assigned.Manage programmatic reports and submit to supervisor, as assigned.Complete timesheets, trainings, surveys for all active volunteers; MOUs, and all required Volunteer Station documents; and maintain these in files according to compliance requirements.
