Are you a skilled Accountant with experience in property management or construction? We are seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join a growing team in Troy, NY. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial activities related to property management and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management or construction.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
