Within this role you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.

As a Senior IT Applications Analyst within Quality Systems a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments

• Acting as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives

• Managing system documentation tasks, including converting User Requirement Specifications to Detailed Design Specifications, writing Configuration Test Plans, and creating summary reports

• Configuring reports (tabular, trend and labels)

• Processing IT Applications change control requests

• Working with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach

• Training other IT Applications team members

• Coordinating with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner

• Providing end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level

• Leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews

• Supporting day to day activities for IT Applications

• Providing on-the-floor guidance and support to employees

• Prioritizing the day-to-day work assignments for analysts within the IT department to support application troubleshooting activities

• Maintaining up to date training records for self and direct reports

• Other duties as assigned

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in Information Technology or

• IT Applications Analyst: minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Senior IT Applications Analyst: minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$65,100.00 - $124,300.00
