What you will do:

The Printer Aide assists the Lead Printer in the operation of the Print Shop and all its related equipment. Processes Print Requests utilizing available copying/printing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs printing and copying duties as assigned. Operates high speed copiers, padding press, cutter, hole drill and other printing equipment (printing presses).

  • Maintains high quality standards for all production work and ensures that jobs are completed in a timely manner.

  • Adheres to the daily work schedule.

  • Inventories stock paper, envelopes and printing/copier supplies. Ensures adequate levels with no stock outs.

  • Ensures cleanliness of print shop and copying/printing equipment.

  • Stores and uses all chemicals and hazardous materials in a safe and proper manner

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • One year of experience in operating copying/print shop equipment preferred.

  • Good Customer Service Skills

Pay Range: $16.20 - $20.75

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
