We are currently seeking a part-time Men's Domestic Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator at our Outpatient Clinic in Troy, NY.

Job Status: Part-Time / Non-Exempt (20 hours/week)

Reports To: Program Manager

Compensation: up to $24.264/hour

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Process in-person participant registration.

  • Facilitate up to 3 weekly groups (virtual) utilizing The Duluth Curriculum.

  • Prepare bi-weekly participation/attendance reports.

  • Coordinate with referrals and provide participant status reports/updates.

  • Manage participant issues as they arise.

  • Assist front-end with coordinating and managing payments and past-due payments.

  • Provide program information to legal entities in order to sustain and grow the program.

  • Provide bi-weekly program status report to Program Manager.

Requirements

Education and Training:
  • Minimum of associates degree in human services or related field.

  • One year of experience in human services is preferred.

    Experience:
  • Group facilitation

  • Implementation of curriculum

  • Program monitoring

  • Experience with criminal justice mandated population

  • Experience with domestic abuse offenders preferred
