Oakland Community Health Network Manager of Contracts and Procurement in Troy, Michigan
The Manager of Contracts and Procurement is responsible for oversight, preparation and reviewing all the contracts and purchase orders for the organization including provider, non-provider and administrative. Responsible for all procurement activities for the organization. Provides supervision and coaching to the Contracts and Procurement Specialists and Administrative and Special Projects Coordinator.
Essential Functions
Oversee,
prepare,
and review contracts for OCHN making certain contracts meet the legal, risk management, MDHHS and Grant requirements as well as assist in contract negotiations.
Oversee,
prepare
and review bid documents for OCHN that meet Federal Procurement Guidelines, MDHHS, legal and risk management
.
Lead
and
administer
organizational bid processes.
Serve as a primary resource on all contract and procurement issues for OCHN Leadership and staff.
Support the development of and m
anage the
implementation of
all organizational
contract and procurement processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all procurement activity and m
ake system and policy and procedure
changes,
as necessary.
Develop, write, and amend the policies, procedure, and internal protocols for procurement to ensure compliance to State and Federal guidelines and quality improvement.
