Refloor Customer Service Representative in Troy, Michigan

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the progress of daily assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within specified timelines. 

  • Develop Strong Working Relationships: Cultivate strong working relationships with our installation crews and customers, fostering trust and clear communication. 

  • Interaction: Interact with installation crews that are on-site to resolve basic customer issues, address technical queries, and manage customer change order processing, if needed. 

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after the installation process, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise. 

  • Payment Handling: Secure payments from customers for contracted work, update necessary paperwork, and facilitate additional payment processing in accordance with company policies. 

  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other necessary functions or duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and find solutions to ensure smooth installations. 

  • Dealing with Ambiguity and Complexity: Adaptability and composure in dealing with complex situations and changing project dynamics. 

  • Flooring or Home Improvement Experience (Beneficial): Previous experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required.
