ICONMA, LLC Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Aftermarket in United States

  • Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.

  • Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.

  • Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.

  • Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.

  • Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or communications preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service role with focus on logistics and delivery.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Great work ethic with excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, Ability to multi-task.

  • ERP Experience, preferred (Salesforce and SAP experience, a plus)

  • Experience with customer EDI, Vendor ASNs and a Direct Ship Value Stream
