Our Kelly Government Solutions Program Manager a dynamic role that combines program management, business development, and HR skills. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall success of our portfolio of government contracts. You'll wear multiple hats, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering a thriving team environment, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.

Responsibilities :

  • Become a Client Champion: Build strong relationships with government clients, proactively addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.

  • Top-Tier Talent Delivery: You'll oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of highly qualified personnel to fulfill our contractual obligations. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.

  • Navigate the Contract Landscape: Gain in-depth understanding of government contracts, identifying challenges and strategizing for growth.

  • Fuel Business Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to develop strategies that expand our portfolio and generate revenue.

  • Embrace Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various business units, fostering open communication and driving successful initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in program management, business development, or HR (or a combination!) within the staffing industry and especially within federal partnerships.

  • Sharp analytical & strategic mind to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.

  • Knowledge of labor laws & regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Talent for fostering a positive work environment that motivates and retains top performers.
