Alphabroder Digital Merchandising Manager in Trevose, Pennsylvania
This is a unique opportunity to join alphabroder’s Marketing and Product Management organizations. Here you’ll work with marketers, creatives, merchandisers, and product managers to drive significant business impact. In this role, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy for alphabroder’s digital properties. You’ll be responsible for improving Customers’ experiences on our websites, helping them to find and purchase the products they need to grow their businesses. You’re probably right for this role if you have at least 3 years’ experience reviewing and optimizing ecommerce customer journeys and product data across product pages, category landing pages, product discovery, and navigation elements.
Responsibilities:
Establish, evangelize, execute, and measure eCommerce merchandising strategies to directly drive web sales, traffic and conversion .
Ensure the Customer experience is seamless throughout the journey by consistently reviewing and optimizing product experience, including product pages, category landing pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements, and product sequencing.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, supply-chain, and sales to identify areas of opportunity, and develop promotional plans driving to overarching business goals.
Using sales data and attribution data (via Google Analytics 4, Auryc, and similar tooling) to inform site and merchandising decisions.
Leverage analytics and selling data to understand product performance metrics, inventory positions, and growth opportunities.
Identify digital product and growth opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative insights derived from analytics, competitive benchmarks, VOC, stakeholder interviews, etc.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years’ experience working in digital merchandising, product discovery or related area. Preference given to candidates with experience in B2B ecommerce and/or the promotional products industry.
Experience managing product discovery and campaign landing pages for ecommerce websites using tools such as Bloomreach, Algolia, Constructor, or similar.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Competency pulling reports and interpreting advanced website analytics using GA4, Auryc, Contentsquare, or similar digital anlaytics software.
Outstanding project management skills involving internal and external stakeholders with ability.
Drive to deliver projects on time and efficiently – understanding what it takes to get the job done when multiple teams and dependencies are involved.
Independent and curious, you set your own targets, asking for help when you need it.
Proactive personality – ability to identify and react to results.
Experience with Confluence, Jira, Trello, and MS Office required.
