Mobility Management, Turnkey Projects & Electrification, Mainline Transport, Urban Transport and Customer Services. We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges.

We would like to get onboard a skilled Financial Performance Controller to join our Customer Services business administration team for Spain and South-West Europe .

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality financial management information to drive the financial performance of our CS business in Spain and in the region.

• Actively monitor financial performance through ad-hoc and regular analyses, providing regular KPI analysis/business reports, including comments and alerts on adverse performance developments.

• Collect, Consolidate, analyze, and manage the required data to create meaningful models to lead business improvement and cost reduction.

• Perform financial analysis at complex levels including working capital, budgeting, cost variances and financial and performance deviations analysis.

• Participate actively in the different planning cycles to ensure high quality planning with a particular focus on free cash flow.

• Identify and resolve proactively financial and reporting process challenges, to achieve higher efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.

• Experience in large and matrix organizations.

• Demonstrate a good level of knowledge of accounting principles.

• SAP knowledge and experience required.

• Strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS Word.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
