YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Marketing Lead, are to:
Define Bayer Carbon’s global external-facing strategy and position, to growers, customers, and other external stakeholders;
Develop and manage marketing campaigns around key Bayer Carbon initiatives (e.g., supporting grower enrollment or busines development push), including management of third-party advertising firms where applicable;
Build visibility on grower acquisition costs and highest-leverage use of marketing funds to drive grower enrollment;
Build and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive grower enrollment, including digital media, traditional media, and incentives programs for growers ad salespeople;
Work with Grower organization to develop and publicize education efforts for growers on sustainable agronomy and the carbon market landscape;
Develop targeted education campaigns to industry to drive market acceptance through communicating the quality of Bayer offsets;
Develop metrics to track overall Bayer Carbon brand performance and create plans to improve metrics where necessary;
Interface with BCS and Climate to coordinate and integrate marketing activities for Bayer Carbon into other Bayer efforts;
Work with PASS on broader stakeholder engagement to communicate the benefits of the Bayer approach to offsetting.

Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of marketing experience, including five years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Agriculture marketing experience;
Familiar with marketing grower facing initiatives and corporate-facing ones.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $143,300-170,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
