Our mission is to revolutionize commerce globally to make moving money, selling and shopping, personalized and secure.Job Description Summary:This role will serve as the Chief of Staff/Manager, Business Operations of the SRCE Team (Infrastructure and Reliability) within the BITS organization and be responsible for all Business Operations of the Domain, partnering with the other Chiefs of Staffs from other Domains.Job Description:Your Way to Impact: * Ability to influence up, down and across different levels of employees and stakeholders - lots of visibility to Sr. and Executive Leaders * Serve as an advisor to Sr. Leadership * Opportunity to see broadly across the organization and integrate with other Partner Functions like Finance, HR, etcYour Day to Day: * Drive strategic and financial planning for Infrastructure and Reliability Team to support roadmap and strategic objectives. * Drive continual improvement around operational excellence: track key performanceindicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead execution of plans to address these. * Establish and drive operating rhythms to ensure effective communication, partnership and delivery.
