ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Traverse City, Michigan
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Based on experience
What's the Job?
Answer multi-line phone, ascertain caller needs and route calls appropriately
Prioritize and multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment
Establish and maintain productive communication and working relationships with individuals inside/outside the Agency
Represent the Agency’s set of core beliefs and values
Effectively communicate and document all forms of communication in appropriate locations
What's Needed?
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associates degree or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and standard office equipment
Good organizational, analytical, and judgment skills to manage time, prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail
