職務内容：

• 営業チームと協力し、有効な予測を立て製造計画を作成する

• 過剰在庫、低調在庫、死蔵在庫の分析を含む在庫の管理と最適化

• 顧客サービス、在庫レベル、予測精度、納期遵守率のＫＰＩを維持・改善する責任

• 需要計画およびS&OPプロセスの能力を向上させるための継続的な改善活動を主導する。

• 積極的なリーダーシップとコーチングを提供し、キャリア開発をサポートする。

【必須要件】

• 専修　短大　高専　大学　大学院

• ビジネスシステム、ERP、サプライチェーンプランニングへの深い理解

• 少なくとも5年以上の在庫管理の経験 ※購買経験もあれば尚可

• 計画、追跡、予算策定を含むプロジェクト管理経験

• 予測や在庫を改善するための統計的手法の解釈の経験

• リーダーシップとチームビルディングのスキル

• 日本語：母国語レベル

• 英語：ビジネスレベル。

• 交渉能力
