Position Summary
The Treatment Coordinator works to build a partnering relationship with families and others in the home and community to assure that the needs of designated children and their families are respectfully and adequately addressed. In each case the Treatment Coordinator will assure that services to children and families are individualized, strengths and needs based, culturally sensitive and responsive, and goal driven. This position requires local travel and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule in a high-demand work situation.
Essential Responsibilities
Implement assessments of the children and families
Provide clinical direction that meet the needs of the child and family
Plan and lead treatment team meetings to create treatment plants
Provide advocacy for families to outside agencies
Collaborate with consumer child, family and their natural support system, internal and external stakeholders, and program team members.
Qualifications
Clearances: State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances; CPS/ Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation.
Valid State Drivers License and insurance
Working Conditions
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds with assistance.
While performing this job, the individual is regularly required to sit and type at a computer or on a laptop

Individual will work in a culturally diverse environment
Working Hours
Must be able to work standard business hours on a consistent basis with some flexibility to adjust hours to meet the needs of the participants and organization.
Emergency on-call duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Required
- Bachelors or better in Social Work
Experience
Required
- 1 year: Supervised experience with children and/or families.
