Please review the following job description:

This temporary role will enter information into Salesforce and health insurance carrier portals while also assisting teammates with professional communications to carriers. This is a fast paced position involving high level customer service and attentiveness to the accuracy and integrity of our systems.

Assignment Details:

• This is a hybrid role, with some days spent in office

• 4 -5 month assignment – Full time hours

• Hours are typical 8-5 M-F

• Possible overtime hours required

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Documenting customer information into our systems

• Contacting insurance carriers via telephone or email

• Giving full attention to detail

• Focusing on customer satisfaction

• Working on projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required

• 2 or more years customer service experience in a professional environment required, benefits industry preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Salesforce experience preferred

The annual hourly wage for this position is $22.00.

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH Insurance: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance offering the position.
