Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission Business Education Program Manager in TOWANDA, Pennsylvania
The Business Education Program Manager will assist in the facilitation of the Twin Tiers ARISE program (TTAP) and Business Education Partnership (BEP) by coordinating career coach services and connecting students to work-based opportunities. Program Manager will be responsible for working with and connecting to TTAP partners to promote coordination of service and work toward the goals of the program.
Essential functions include:
- Assists in the facilitation of BEP/TTAP
- Coordinates career coach services
- Recruits and works with BEP Schools/School Districts
- Recruit business partners to connect students to work-based opportunities
- Acts as a liaison between NTRPDC and TTAP partners
- Development and oversight of the Northern Tier Career Connect system
- Assists in coordination of activities such as career camps and career education family events
- Prepares and compiles required reports and invoicing
- Keep current on Department of Education standards as it relates to the mission of TTAP and coordinate with schools as needed
- Represents NTRPDC at TTAP meetings and events as appropriate
- Member of the PA CareerLink Business Services Team (BST)
- Other duties as assigned
