Job Description

We are currently seeking Assemblers to join our team. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment assembling medical parts, which requires wearing appropriate cleanroom personal protective equipment such as hair nets, beard nets, gowns, and booties. Tasks may also include assembling a variety of molded parts on the regular production floor, joining or soldering molded components, and inserting small metal components into parts such as door handles. Assemblers will handle a range of items including inserts, wire assemblies, soldering, heat joining, and more, contributing to the production of specialty gears, handles, and medical devices.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Torrington, Connecticut.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, organized, well-lit production floor within the Assembly department. Training will occur on the 1st or a split shift (1st/2nd) for the first week, with possible hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for 1st shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM for 2nd shift, and Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM for 3rd shift.
