Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Systems Analyst in the automotive industry, based in Torrance, CA. The role involves a hybrid work type with the ability to work on-site when required. The Technical Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing codes, ensuring security, reviewing infrastructure, and improving performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform code, security, infrastructure, and performance analysis.

• Identify and document gaps and inefficiencies in existing systems.

• Develop and recommend effective solutions for identified gaps.

• Define a detailed and realistic scope of work based on the GAP analysis.

• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, updating them on progress, and findings.

• Ensure solutions align with the overall business objectives and project goals.

• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose efficient solutions.

• Strong project management experience (preferably with Agile or Scrum methodologies).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for non-technical team members.

• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Success Criteria:

• Ability to provide a comprehensive GAP analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Define a clear scope of work and obtain stakeholder agreement.

• Update stakeholders regularly on progress and findings.

• Deliver high-quality work within an agreed timeline.

• Achieve stakeholder satisfaction with proposed solutions.

• Ensure that solutions align with business objectives and project goals.
