Overview

THE ROLE:

The Manager II, Platform Product Management will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of platform solutions such as AEM, Coveo, and Salesforce. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive the integration and optimization of these platforms within Herbalife's digital ecosystem.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  1. Lead the Platform product team to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AEM, Coveo, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.

  2. Develop and implement platform product strategies that align with the company’s digital transformation goals.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple platforms, crafting seamless digital experiences.

  4. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of platform products, from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing optimization.

  5. Define and supervise key performance metrics to measure the success of platform products.

  6. Provide regular updates on platform product direction, vision, goals, and release plans to senior team members.

  7. Further a collaborative team environment, mentoring and developing team members to improve their skills and performance.

  8. Be a great partner with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the successful delivery and integration of platform solutions.

  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the platforms remain competitive and innovative.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

This team is at the forefront of driving Herbalife's digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver, a strong communicator, and a results-driven leader with a passion for demonstrating technology to enhance business outcomes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead a team of platform product specialists to complete the platform product strategy.

  2. Be responsible for the collective output (product/timeline) of cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, QA, Analytics) dedicated to platform products.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  1. Minimum of 7 years in product management or similar roles, with a focus on platform technologies.

  2. Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Coveo, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.

  3. Proven understanding of APIs and integration techniques.

  4. Proven track record of running the end-to-end lifecycle of platform products.

  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to lead multiple challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Data-driven with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize platform performance.

  8. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  9. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience and certifications are interchangeable.
