Robert Half is currently assisting client in search of an IT Support Technician I located in Torrance, CA. IT Support Technician I will be responsible for supporting onsite end users, workstation set-ups, Active Directory clean up, asset management and more.

Must Haves:

• At least 3+ years of experience

• Active Directory Experience

• Supporting workstations issues, set-up, deskside support

• Ability to support 75 ends users onsite

• Effective Communication

Requirements

Job Scope / Day to Day:

• 3+ years of experience working as a jack of all trades/IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, asset management - will learn everything else along the way.

• Active Directory

• Inventory, Asset Management

• Client is seeking someone that has some Intune MDM experience - client is looking to implement Intune and EntraID, would be open to helping or has experience

• They have about, 10-15 years of deferred maintenance - need someone to help with AD clean up (going through user lists, picking out folks that are gone, etc).

• Supporting 75 onsite hands-on support

• Biggest area they need help, Laptop diagnostics, re-imaging as needed, fixing, and getting ready to re-send out. Re-using computers if needed.

• Will be onsite tracking these upgrades, will do a little user chasing

• Day to day ticketing – a lot of permissions and things of that nature

• Will help with some asset management and inventory management
