Description Are you looking for work via Robert Half in the Manufacturing field? You might be interested in this Customer Service Representative position in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center. Articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representatives will be preferred in this position focused on building solid customer relationships. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Torrance, California region and is a short-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity.

Major responsibilities

• Organize and route incoming telephone calls

• Field and send written business correspondence

• Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

• By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

• Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

• Solid understanding of customer service

• Data entry experience

• Expertise in filing

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Data Entry

• Data entry experience

• Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

• Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
