Description

We're Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative!

Robert Half has a rewarding career opportunity for an articulate, bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative with troubleshooting experience. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Torrance, California region and is a short-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity.

Major responsibilities

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements - Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

  • Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with Basic Troubleshooting

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Customer service and office administrative skills
