Insight Global is looking for a Test Environment Analyst to join one of the leading banks in Canada to help support incident management. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the QA team to troubleshoot any issues involved with change management.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a test environment analyst

• experience working with change management

• configuration experience

-strong experience working with code development with the DevOps team ( understanding the newest level of code, environmental governance, coordinating change with the code, synching up code)

• salesforce background is STRONGLY preferred - salesforce background (very nice to have) null
