The Opportunity

CBRE Toronto Downtown is seeking a talented designer to perform various graphic design and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will work alongside a team of designers, supporting the Toronto Downtown brokerage, prepare presentations and proposals with recommendations for new business development while meeting established branding and messaging standards.

Responsibilities

  • Produces sophisticated graphic design solutions to support marketing efforts for print.

  • Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine design solutions.

  • Develop and execute brand, property marketing for various teams and client projects

  • Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)

  • Ability to understand and incorporate the CBRE brand into internal and external marketing materials.

  • Stays up to date on current design trends and incorporates them into deliverables.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

What we require

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in graphic design

  • Minimum four years of related work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro)

  • Expert knowledge of graphic design principles, preparing documents for commercial and in-house printing, digital design principles and web standards

  • Knowledge of both PC and MAC operating systems

  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to do project budgets and cost estimates

  • Basic project management skills
