As the Senior Manager, Digital Sales Effectiveness & Performance, you will be responsible foraligning digital strategies with business objectives, identifying growth opportunities and have strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting - evolving reportingfrom “what” to “now-what” to “so-what”. You will be involved in annual planning, influencing the strategic direction of digital growth and consulting on team culture and talent management. We're looking for someone firmly rooted in data-driven decision making with demonstrated experience partnering with and/or leading digital banking platforms strategy from concept to execution.
The Digital Growth Transformation & Performance Management Team’s overall objective is to facilitate the growth of the Digital Channel to be the primary channel for onboarding and servicing for all clients. The team has 4 levers – Digital Strategy & Portfolio Management, Digital Adoption & Engagement, Personalization & Channel Enablement Strategy and Digital Performance. The Digital Performance team is responsible to balance the voice of the client with the voice of the business to deliver on our growth objectives. The Performance Management practice will partner enterprise-wide, to identify drivers of growth and influence multiple levers within the Banking ecosystem to accelerate sales migration, create best-in-class experiences and optimize the sales funnel; with the client at the center.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Lead digital sales forecasting, create data-driven strategies, and develop actionable point-of-views to build and optimize digital sales funnel and capabilities
Actively identify, assess, measure and manage strategic initiatives as it relates to driving the growth of digital sales and/or revenue across Scotiabank’s Canadian digital banking ecosystem
Effectively communicate the digital growth vision, priorities, and targets to all stakeholders
Partner across the Bank to develop frameworks and processes to prioritize digital product & capabilities roadmaps and strategic initiatives
Bring a high degree of accountability across partners in the Business, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Analytics and Digital Product teams to ensure that the Bank is driving towards meeting its annual and strategic digital growth targets
Identify as the resident expert on performance reporting for the assigned products and initiatives bringing visibility to drivers of performance and proposing solutions
Lead a team of one, championing a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment
Consult on team culture and talent management
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Post-secondary education in a related field
Several years of management experience driving growth, focused in areas such as digital product management, performance management, consulting, strategy or product management
Experience working in financial services
Experience building comprehensive strategies and proposals with a results-focused mindset
Strong presentation delivery and deck-building skills, with ability to effectively communicate with partners and senior leadership audiences
Strong organizational change management orientation
Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to own, motivate, collaborate across multiple stakeholders
Experience leading a team and managing senior stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Tableau and Adobe Analytics is considered an asset
Comfortability working in a hybrid work environment
