The Senior Manager CIAM, will oversee CIAM Integrations, Operations and Products of all enterprise CIAM platforms, with responsibilities include feature management, technology implementation governance, business operations, stability, currency, contingency and vulnerability governance and reporting.

Is this role right for you ? In this role you will :

  • Manages all enterprise CIAM products, uses cases, features and requirements

  • Ensure the CIAM platform is compliant with Enterprise security standard and industry best practice

  • Manages, develops, trains and leads the Customer Protection operational team to support the centralized customer authentication platform.

  • Collaborate effectively with Fraud, Information Security, Corp Security, Financial Crime and business channels teams to investigate on cyber incident related to customer authentication.

  • Analyzes data, prepares report of observations, creates and manages executive dashboard

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We would love to work with you if you have :

  • Build and maintain solid, professional working relationships with peers and executives within IT teams and the business lines.

  • Manage the steady-state and day-to-day operations of Customer Protection team to ensure services are provided to end-users.

  • Superior problem solving and decision making skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment is required.

  • Strong communication both verbally and written, and good interpersonal skills

  • Detailed understanding and strong past experience in various web and database technologies

Must have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.

  • 5 years experience leading and managing IAM application development and design teams

  • 5 years hands-on experience developing IAM solutions in a Major Bank in North America

  • Expert knowledge on the regulations, industrial standards, protocols and best practices related to CIAM

  • 3 years of solution architecture experience

Nice to have:

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Product Management

  • Fluent in Spanish
