Job Description:
Analyst, Business Management & Communications
Intake Management & Governance (Skillsets: Soft Skills, Stakeholder Management, Quality & Accuracy, Jira Kanban, Organizational Skills, Reporting & Analysis)
Manage Payments intake process end-to-end ensuring all established standards, guidelines, processes and SLAs are followed, taking necessary corrective action as applicable
Support intake management as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to cross-functional teams such as business, technology, architecture and project management
Maintain a collaborative and transparent work environment, establish strong relationships with stakeholders
Review intake content for quality and accuracy, conduct preliminary assessments, follow up to gather additional information and resolve issues with external and internal partners
Identify operational efficiencies and enhancements to optimize the process and standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and thoughts, interpretation, and assessment
Develop clear and concise documentation outlining best practices, intake process changes, and associated content
Setup and configure intake boards, workflows, and issue types. Customize Jira as necessary based on process enhancements and business needs
Collaborate with partners to overcome project roadblocks and provide ongoing communication to ensure appropriate stakeholders are notified of progress or changes.
Brand & Knowledge
Support brand & knowledge initiatives within Payments, create presentations and organize stakeholder interactions to further brand awareness
Curate, maintain and update payments industry learning assets while exploring innovative ways to drive employee engagement
Promote the payments brand externally exploring external industry sponsorships and event planning and internally through partner overviews, roadshows and internal sites
Develop creative learning tools and content for internal and external industry events
Amplify the Payments Brand through communications and collaboration with stakeholders
Uphold TD's brand and communication guidelines and best practices.
General
Act as day-to-day support on various items including: BAU support, drafting and/or coordinating communications, organizing and preparing for key meetings and business events among other duties and on-demand work packages
Take ownership of assigned tasks; provide regular status updates, escalate key issues appropriately, and propose solutions and remediation plans
