Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Predictive Analytics and Generative AI Manager to lead our advanced analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies in predictive analytics and generative AI to drive insights, innovation, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of predictive models, algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.

Detailed Description

  1. Strategy Development:

  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for predictive analytics and generative AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  3. Identify opportunities to apply predictive analytics and AI techniques to improve business processes and outcomes.

  4. Team Leadership:

  5. Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.

  6. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

  7. Project Management:

  8. Lead end-to-end project management for predictive analytics and AI projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring.

  9. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

  10. Model Development and Implementation:

  11. Design and develop advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).

  12. Implement generative AI algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, or anomaly detection.

  13. Data Management and Integration:

  14. Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and reliability.

  15. Collaborate with IT teams to deploy data pipelines and infrastructure necessary for analytics and AI solutions.

  16. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  17. Monitor the performance of predictive models and AI systems, and iterate on improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

  18. Conduct A/B testing and validation to validate model effectiveness and business impact.

  19. Stakeholder Engagement:

  20. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate findings, and provide actionable insights.

  21. Present complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Typical Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
