Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a qualified Oracle Absence Management and OTL Consultant to be a part of a Oracle implementation for a Canadian hospital. You will be joining the team of a Global Consulting client in a client-facing, functional role. This opportunity will begin in the design phase of the project and will require expertise through planning, configuration, up until go-live. It is important that this qualified candidate be comfortable leading workshops and client sessions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role will be mostly remote but there will be an emphasis on building client relationships through visiting client site in person occasionally.

Skills and Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM (specifically, Absence Management and Time & Labour) and experience leading a least 3 full life-cycle implementations.

    * 10+ years of experience with client implementations of Oracle products and applications from planning to go-live.

    * Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud suite and other Oracle ERP Cloud Products (i.e., Financials).

    * Experience leading client workshops, configuration, and managing client expectations.

    * Oracle University Certification: Oracle Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional Excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple, dynamic priorities and deliverables. * Bilingual in French and English

    * Oracle University Certification: Oracle Time and Labour Cloud Implementation Professional

    * Experience working in public sector or with healthcare/hospital clients null
