Job Description

Insight Global is looking for qualified candidates to join a growing team with our global consulting client. The qualified candidates will join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice, with a specialty in Finance. Your expertise as a Manager will allow you to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable. You will leverage emerging Microsoft and Azure-based technologies to address clients specific needs. Your experience in implementing Dynamics AX and D365 Finance as a Manager through the entire journey of Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support will be essential to your success. Qualified candidates can be located across Canada and should be enthusiastic about joining our client for long-term career growth and development.

Day to Day

 - Understand clients business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements.

 - Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation.

 - Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

 - Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster process improvement and delivery of D365 Finance implementations.

 - Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform and the Azure stack capabilities.

 - Work with near shore and offshore teams and delivery centers.

 - Lead and support sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

 - Act as a thought leader and solution advisor within the organization for D365 Finance-related advice.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

 - 10+ years experience in a professional consulting environment with D365 ERP implementation as your focus.

 - 7+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a hands-on role implementing Finance modules and associated sub-modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, etc.

 - At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a Manager or Lead Consultant role.

 - Proven experience in managing and leading teams, including mentoring and developing team members.

 - Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

 - Knowledge of MS Azure as a platform and associated technologies like AppSource and Microsofts partnering model.

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 - Willingness to travel within North America (Canada & US) as required. null
