Job Description:

Reporting to the senior manager, HR, Specialized HR Manager will support the development and delivery of HR conduct risk. General accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Liaise with various stakeholders in HR (including, but not limited to business partners, Advice, and DAR), business segment conduct risk teams, Enterprise Conduct Risk Management/U.S. Conduct Risk Management and control partners at various levels to drive multiple objectives.

  • Develop, validate, and socialize quarterly HR conduct risk reporting and insights at the business segment and enterprise level.

  • Identify patterns/themes in HR conduct data and work with stakeholders to escalate issues, as appropriate.

  • Validate the integrity of HR conduct data and partner with stakeholders for ongoing evaluation of reporting needs and data structure of the case management system.

  • Share & present HR data and insights to stakeholders.

  • Draft conduct risk content for the quarterly HR Risk Committee.

  • A central point of contact for HR conduct risk reporting enquiries.

  • Manage relationship with Stakeholders and report on conduct related themes.

  • Build and maintain deep expertise on conduct including global regulatory expectations.

  • Other special projects/tasks, as required.

Job Requirement

  • High degree of data fluency, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational awareness and an understanding of HR and conduct risk.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

  • Strong analytical capabilities – ability to view data through different dimensions.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, strong presentation and interpersonal skills to work impactfully with individuals at all levels (verbal and written). Strong facilitation skills.

  • Excellent judgment, impact and influence capability, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels across a broad range of stakeholders, in particular, the HR leadership team, business segments and control partners.

  • Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Comfortable navigating a space that is not well defined, ambiguous and complex at times.

  • Proven track record for delivering results by demonstrating the ability to take independent action and provide solutions.

  • Previous experience in developing new programs, executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long term.

  • Demonstrated relationship building skills, with the ability to make things happen through the use of positive influence.
