Our HR internship opportunity provides ambitious HR career entrants with a fast-track experience on a path that delivers hands-on skill-building and breadth of knowledge on key HR functions. Our goal is to hire excellent students, give them exposure to a variety of HR roles, and the opportunity to interact with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams. You’ll be assigned to one of our key HR areas (HR Partner role, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Talent Management etc.).
Position Responsibilities:
Work alongside an experienced team to assist in areas such as talent solutions, learning initiatives, recruitment and related HR programs and projects.
Collaborate as part of an Intern Cohort on a HR project of significance to the business.
Support on projects that will be real-world solutioning for potential implementation (for example, research, design and develop a consistent approach to engagement of remote workers etc.).
Your work will be meaningful, you’ll be coached by peers, team-mates, and mentored by senior HR leaders to guide your development on the way.
You’ll have access to business leaders for perspective, and we will open every door possible to ensure your experience is truly valuable.
Post-graduation, our Intern alumni will have the opportunity to apply for our HR Acceleration Program (HRAP), a 2-year rotational program of comprising four x 6-month assignments through high-impact HR functional areas HR Business Partnering, People Analytics, DEI, Global Learning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or another HR functional areas.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Graduate degree in HR/HR-related program.
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking/sound judgement.
Excellent communication/relationship skills.
A focus on identifying ways to improve the current state.
Can communicate clearly and confidently to influence through data and sound reasoning.
A natural curiosity to learn and the ability to apply learned skills.
Able to plan, organize and implement process improvements and/or projects.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
