Job Description

3+ years of experience working in Digital Product Management

  Excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing a breadth of stakeholders (ie. Business, technical, risk, fraud, infosec, legal, marketing, branding, contact centre).

  Domain experience within CIAM (customer identity access management), login (SSO, multi-factor authentication, etc.) fraud strategy, user verification and authentication.

  Working knowledge of Oauth and OIDC

  Ability to strategize around customer impact and front line employee process change management

  Strong technical knowledge or experience, understanding of product architecture, and a track record of strong partnerships with development teams.

  Experience developing product roadmaps, performing competitive analyses, and delivering on road maps from ideation to launch and optimization (full end-to-end digital product delivery).

  Proactive mindset: seeking solutions out when issues arise, prioritization skills, and ability to reconfigure a roadmap when unforeseen blockers arise.

Able to work independently and think strategically and analytically.

Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Solutions Architect.

Experience working in the banking sector. Insight Global is looking for a Digital Product Manager for a major banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and be comfortable within ambiguous and fast moving environments while driving strategic and analytical thinking. The project is a major revamp of the bank's retail banking login user flow. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a solution-oriented mindset essential for when challenges arise. A strong foundation in CIAM, login, user verification, fraud/security, and authentication is crucial, along with sufficient technical knowledge to understand and communicate complex concepts effectively. Experience in business analysis or systems analysis, and banking sector expertise will be considered strong assets. Exceptional people management skills are a must, as the role involves liaising three diverse teams to aid in delivering an urgent project for the bank. null
