Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation and Management – Paid and Organic:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky)
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories
Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media metrics and optimize content strategies for maximum engagement and reach
- Build, run, and monitor social media ads (Facebook and LinkedIn) to generate high quality leads and revenue
Blog Articles and Revenue Generation:
Plan, research, and write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog articles on relevant topics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth of content
Develop content strategies to drive website traffic and generate leads
Analyze blog performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and conversions
Educational Video Creation:
Conceptualize, script, and produce educational video content using video generating tools
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality and informative content
Optimize video content for search engines and social media platforms
Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Practice Area Consultants, and Segment Marketing Managers to Create Educational Content for Awareness and Lead Generation:
Work closely with the Brand team to develop educational content tailored for law societies and associations
Contribute to the creation of whitepapers, blog articles, and other educational materials
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in same or similar field
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent communication skills with internal and external people
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies
Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and video production tools like Vidyard and Synthesia
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content
