Insight Global Content Designer in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for a digital sales tool. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate on teams and projects based in Canada for the Digital Sales Tool (secure application flow)

Turn complex financial concepts and actions into user-friendly, accessible copy

Work closely with Product Designers, UX researchers, product owners, digital managers, the design system team, and other stakeholders

Conduct heuristic analysis, competitor research, and other forms of research and analysis to inform content strategy

Promote and practice open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative team culture

Prioritize deliverables and communicate content strategy to key stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design

Figma

Large enterprise experience

Exceptional organization and communication skills

Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders

Strong sense of cross-functional collaboration and ability to adapt to various working styles

Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions null
