Insight Global Compliance Account Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Compliance Account Manager/Director to join a top advertising client. This role involves managing a range of high-profile accounts across North America and directly assisting the companies VP. Main tasks include nurturing relationships, spreading growth, and guiding a high-performing team to assist in the execution of the companies expansion strategy. You will be responsible for understanding each clients business objectives, KPIs, and expectations to help develop tailored strategies that meet their unique needs. The successful candidate will lead and drive the strategic direction for the accounts in collaboration with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations). Responsibilities also include facilitating and leading presentations and meetings with clients and internal teams, monitoring and analyzing account performance and trends, and providing regular reports and forecasts to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Director role, managing key or high-value accounts.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining strict attention to detail.

  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Bilingual French.
