Randstad US Client Partner in Toronto, Ontario

Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is investing in a Client Partner for our Randstad Digital specialty. The Randstad Digital (RD) Client Partner will be responsible for structuring, developing, and leading a high-performing sales operation to secure new business, maintain and expand current customer expenditure, and drive superior customer experience and revenue growth within assigned accounts. You will be accountable for all activities spanning the sales cycle: pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closing. The right candidate understands obstacles to successful digital transformation and can advise clients on how to mitigate risk via purpose-built and innovative solutions.

  • Own customer interactions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Manage key customer relationships, identify global partnering opportunities, and analyze market trends for new business.

  • Collaborate with teams to create strategies that boost company and product awareness.

  • Achieve goals for pipeline, acquisition, revenue, partnerships, brand awareness, leads, content creation, and customer engagement.

  • Implement Randstad Digital/Industry platform channel strategy for enhanced customer value and risk mitigation.

  • Accelerate sales processes for assigned AM pods to meet specific objectives.

  • Ensure business segment profitability and growth through temp and solutions engagements.

  • Communicate the value proposition and market differentiators of Randstad Digital Solutions.

  • Lead and drive a culture of accountability and ownership across the RD team.

  • Position Randstad Digital as a Strategic IT partner by seizing new partnership opportunities.

  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate company growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and delivery for industry sales agenda and pipeline alignment.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance global offerings.

  • Support deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business growth and diversification.

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.

  • Experience managing client P&L greater than $10M, including reporting and metric assessments.

  • A strong performance track record of managing different portfolios.

  • Strategic thinking and the confidence and ability to plan and stay the course.

  • Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix, and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence.

  • Thought leadership in technology, services, and business trends with a keen eye for disruptors.

  • Digital Fluency on innovations, trends, and technologies in the digital space.

  • Financial acumen and understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.
