This position will be working with the Private Infrastructure line of business for CBRE Investment Management. The Private Infrastructure team creates long-term value for its fund and separate account clients by accessing, acquiring and managing high-quality investments and building comprehensive infrastructure portfolios. Today the dedicated team of over 70 professionals represents over US$9 billion on behalf of institutional investors globally.

About the Role:

Client Solutions is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our exciting team. The Sr. Analyst, Client Care – Private Infrastructure role offers a highly sought-after career opportunity to support the global Client Solutions team in a client care capacity in the private infrastructure sector. The position will work with key stakeholders and support the Client Solutions team with marketing materials and reporting and client/prospect engagement requests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Client Solutions in the preparation of private infrastructure marketing materials to clients in institutional channels.

  • Act as Client Care support for Private Infrastructure and be a resource for CS Officers/other internal clients.

  • Be actively involved in content creation and supports the marketing strategy. Prepare associated analysis and communicates results effectively.

  • Distribute welcome packs, standard reporting, formal communication.

  • Support preparation of RFPs, DDQ responses, and operational due diligence materials by managing timelines, participating in kick-off meetings with all participating teams, submitting drafts for approvals, facilitating the compliance review process, finalizing documents and submitting to clients.

  • Actively ensure updates to the RFP response database and be the contact for day-to-day client queries.

  • Support the organization of webcasts, quarterly/annual meetings and advisory boards, including coordination and/or preparation of associated materials.

  • Facilitate client onboarding by acting as a central liaison supporting the client, fund teams, Client Solutions, Legal, Administrators and other stakeholders ensuring a timely and efficient process.

  • Salesforce platform management: dashboards, content, tracking, closings & pipeline, and contacts. Ensure Client Solutions and Fund expectations are aligned.

  • Assist with ensuring private infrastructure specific content is added to the internal knowledge management center, with an active role in drafting updated and new language while ensuring sign off on content by Head of Infrastructure Client Solutions and Compliance.

  • Support broader Client Solutions team with ongoing initiatives aimed at aligning processes, bringing efficiencies, etc. to provide consistency of approach across mandates and streamline processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to understand and calculate key figures such as IRR, MOIC, DPI, etc.

  • Knowledge of investment management industry, preferably with emphasis on private markets.

  • Ability to interpret information from complex documents including analytical / quantitative skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to monitor and coordinate all types of projects with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to write reports, RFPs, slide decks to a good standard without heavy editing.
